UNFAIR PRACTICE FNB PHOENIX PLAZA

We are currently winding up my Late mums Estate with FNB. An employee of FNB by the Name of Sagren Naidoo(phoenix Plaza Branch)has been incorrectly advising my sister. As my sister wants to take occupation of the Property. My Older sister and I have objected and she went further by doing and an Affidavit and using the name of FNB. Stating FNB advised her to do the Affidavit and say she wil pay us a monthly rent and FNB advised her that the standard rent rate is R3000. Going further that FNB asked her to pay the Utilities bill. How can FNB or an employee of FNB act unfairly and not displayng code of ethics by not notifying the other 2 beneficieries of her actions and consulting to an agreement, we are busy liasing with Yasmine Basha from Fiduciary DPT to finalise the will as all documents have been lost and not traceable. i am in the process of obtaining another death certificate for my mum. My mum passed away in 2017. we to date have never been informed on progress or what further documentation is required. with my sister that now wants occupation, i humbly request that fnb draws and agreement between myself and my other sister not granting or opposing permission to occupy and that the property remains unoccupied up until the will is finalised.She also mentioned that she received a copy of the will from Sagren Naidoo.
