Unfair Practice

I am so disappointed with FNB. I took out a temploan (which I must pay back within 30 days)with them on the 28th of March. Then on the 8th of April a family emergency occurred which forced me to take out an additional personal loan as I am the only one financially able to help the family. FNB deposited the funds into my account then took the same funds they had given to me to pay themselves back for the TEMPloan. Now I understand funds from me being used to pay back the loan but I don't think it's ok ethically and morally to issue funds to me then take the funds back as payment to yourself. they keep saying the system is designed that way but systems don't build themselves. if you will issue a personal loan to someone who has a temploan the funds you issue should be flagged not to be deducted to pay the temploan. that's like borrowing to pay debt from the same person you owe money. I need this to be looked into not just for me but it is an unfair practice for everyone. I have patience and if a resolution does not take place I will go the distance I have done the internal query which didn't help now I have to go where I can including the regulatory bodies.

Reviewer Update
I am Happy again, the matter has been resolved. I just want to say may this be a case study to have better systems in place for unique situations like mine. I am happy with the resolution and keen to keep doing business with FNB.
