Unfair payments on loan!!!

I took a loan amount of r7000 from fnb. Thet took r398 on the 29th last month and 3 times this month everytime r398. And the best of all is they take also r125 everytime for intrest fees everytime and thats not all. The loan amount only went off 2 times and the amount stays the same.. why fnb? Get in touch with me asap!!! ***. This is absolutly rediculouse man.. im so mad. Really.
