Unfair Listing On SAFPS

i app**** for a home loan two times at FNB at first i was unfortunate house was bought cash price although it was noted by FNB that they cannot confirm my documents , came back again for second application fixed all the documentation with my accountant to my surprise they used the old documents as much as i have proof that they must not use it they pointed everything to me and they said I'm at fault this is very unfair On the 18th of May I sent application documents via email to FNB and on the 20th May i asked Them not to use Documents (Solvency Certificate and Accountant letter) I will send him correct documents as i have sent incorrect documents

On the 30 May Forensic at FNB called me and told me that the same documents were used . I immediately told him that this must have been a mistake because I didn't send them for a second application. I even sent him the new documents.

On the 5th of June I managed to get hold of A Home loans Consultant at FNB told her about the matter she said that she will make changes on the documents as there was an error or miscommunication.

i even sent communication between me and consultant at FNB for the 20th May stating that They must not Use the incorrect Documents also Communication for A Home loans Consultant sending her correct documents. Communication between me and forensic On the 31st May stating that I didn't submit documents.

This is unfair to me

I have received the response from FNB saying they wont lift my case but I don't accept the response. The investigation done by the bank is done one sided. I was never called for my side of the story. This means that the investigation was done by the bank and internal to me seems like those results can only favour the bank. All facts are stated, all proof is provided yet I'm still at fault I don't understand. The bank used documents that I said (and have proof) they must not use. After that the bank concludes that I want to de***** them, without consulting me.
