Unfair Listing

I Bank with FNB and have had excellent service throughout the years and never even considered switching banks. I only encountered a problem with FNB after they failed to close off my Temp loan balance which was settled. This reflects as arrears on the credit bureaus and negatively affects my credit score meaning that I can no longer have access to any facilities even though I do qualify
