Unfair judgement on Prescribed Debt

I had a credit card with Click administered by FNB in 2012, am told I still owe the card in 2021 and handed over to DMC. In the mean time I have a judgement with Compuscan for the same debt. Have also been told to make arrangement for the same prescribed debt that I have judgement for. How possible that I have judgement for a prescribed debt, be handed over to 2 different attorney's for the same debt. Have made this enquiry almost a month now and nothing concrete about it. FNB automatic reply states that the response will be in 24-48 hours which is not the case. At the moment I need to buy a property and am unable due to judgement of a prescribed debt.
