Unfair Judgement

Good day,my name is Pinky,I'm shocked and disappointed of how Giyani branch management and their support structure operate,how can you entertain a fight between two frustrated widows over their late husband estates,you went ahead and suspend an employee who had a valid letter from the court of law which is used and accepted by all the institutions,instructing a consultant to give a detailed balance from the deceased account,any person submitting that letter is entitled to get all the information he or she need from the deceased account,but with Giyani branch is a crime to do so,Is this your Ubuntu,or your Pride,your slogan says HOW CAN WE HELP YOU but you failed to help your employee,think of the future of her children,you will be accountable for their future because of your failing to do a proper investigation before passing a judgement,do you want to tell me that you don't have a carpent to hide silly things like this under,You are rated the best bank but yet you are destroying someone's family by entertaining my sister's greedyness,every child is entitled to get a Share of his or her father's estate,that is why the magistrate issued the letter for the other wife to take to the bank to check the balance,The complainant is my sister,what she did is wrong and when her daughter told me what she did I told her to go back and cancel her complained,she told me that she went to the branch to cancel her complain but the branch manager told her it is too late to cancel the case,like she can't withdraw her case.BRAVO FNB,even the ****** case or **** case is cancelled,but a mere case of giving a person information requested by the law can not be cancelled,WOW, that is why I'm exposing you here,
