Unfair judgement abd misuse of office

My card was cloned and while withdrawing money at an FNB atm suddenly i noticed a transaction go iff in my phone from an absa atm, I quickly blicked my card abd webt to yge nearest branch which was OR Tambo to report the matter as it was a Sunday, the following day I approached tge bank which they tokd me i woukd not be reimbursed asca oin was used, I i requested firca fiirage whuch they refysed and directed me to the ombudsman, I contacted tge ombudsman who in turb said my case was closed as a pin was used, I infirned then thar the withdrawals took place at Absa atm, s whike I was standing at an FNB atm and my card was retrained at the machines, thus was a lot if amount R5000 which I feel FNB has treated me unfairly as I have heard other cases being reimbursed and moreover thre is proof of transactions
