Unfair investigation

I was de*****ed by a fellow FNB client .I reported the case and l was given instruction to submit a case number ,supporting evidence and all other requirements they needed .I was told that l will get an indemnity form before l get my results .After 1 to few hours the results were already back saying your money was taken. No closure no what just like that and the case was closed. Up to now those ***** stars are still on line offering de*****ing services .I don't know now if the accounts they use is it real accounts of Ghost accounts and just taking peoples money .I believe l got a result with no investigation done.
