Unfair handling of claim by FNB insurance

I am kabalo, Police number ******/03 I have been victim of house braking on the 10 July 2023. I only got attention from FNB only few days after I did write a review on this platform. Until now my case is not close with FNB . What kind of investigation ,takes more than 3 months. Without proper communication with me. Now I need my claim to be paid .this look to me that FNB STI is not willing to pay . I am very disappointed by this insurance.
