Unfair for ebucks

Used to earn ebucks before and because of covid 19 now they say im under debt review and cant earn ebucks

Thats u fair especially since covid 19 affected alot of people and also i have so many accounts with fnb

Seriously unfair that im with a bank and cant even earn any rewards because of covid 19.

I have lost out so much of ebucks because of these rules yet fnb doesnt seem to want to assist or even accommodate me
