Unfair Fees Charged Despite No Transactions

FNB has taken +R800 from my account with a reference: #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS. I had no funds in my account when the 3 transactins went off - So I am more than happy to pay the fee for these 3 (Even though they are charging R115 per transaction!) The main issue I have is that they kept trying to debit my account for these same transactions! 2 of which are for their own product!!!!!

This is day light robery! If there are no funds initially, charge your fee, then leave it to the consumer to sort out the unpaid accounts!

This has happened before and stopped for some time. Now they are back at it.

Account in the minus of R1000 before my salary is paid!

This feels completely unfair and excessive.
