Unfair experience for customer treatment

I am Thuso Mutswaletswale ID is *** I bank with fnb I am being debited with amounts I dont understand were they are coming from so I contacted fnb several times I ended up going to the Thohoyandou branch and consultant told me that money will stop going off because I cancel the card and I've been purchasing things without money on online gaming so and today money came off again 250 1st its 500 and 2nd 750 and I called fnb ***** they said i must contact google account where do i get those numbers?I'm even thinking of changing the bank with and bank with another bank
