Unfair Excess Item deduction

<p>FNB has unfairly charged my account with Excess Item of R155 whilst the debit order has went through. When the debit order was going through the amount was not enough but I made the adjustment to be able to cover it and the it went through. Only to get a suprise with an excess item charge o f R155 which I feel is unfair. I'm pleading with FNB to reverse that charge as the debit order didn't return and the adjustment was made to cover the fee. I called to complain and Mr Petty promised to log a call on my behalf with reference no: R*** ********** 77</p>
