Unfair eBucks Rule Changes

I am a FNB client and on eBucks Level 5 for many years. The recent earn rule changes are not client friendly, and a lot of people will drop a level. FNB now wants me to buy additional products, that I do not need, to stay on Level 5. Banking at FNB is not a good experience anymore due to the watered-down awards due to the constant changing of the earn rules.

FNB also decline applications where more than one of the other Banks approve. That is influencing my eBucks earn and points for the level. - FNB pre-approved me for a home loan then declined so this is at Standard Bank. - WesBank pre-approved me for a vehicle then declined with a monthly instalment less than the vehicle I sold. This is now at ABSA.

Time to look at options to move to another bank.
