Unfair delay in my card delivery

I ordered my lost card on 30 September and it still has not been delivered! I am told to contact DSV and they put me through from one person to another and I hold the line endlessly. This is unacceptable. 12 days later no card! I always transact how am I supposed to function without my card? I swear I will soon switch to another bank. This is unacceptable!!!!
