Unfair debits deducted
On Friday FNB. debited my R5500.00,and pleaded with them to please refund me as i needed the money the next day for my mums funeral ,i was asked to email the death certificate to them ,which i did and todate has not got any asssitance,this morning my account was debited again with x2 debits of R425.00,I really feel that this is totally unfair .why is so much been taken .I feel that they should of first discussed this with me first ,why so many debits in such a short space .I am a single parent with no other income.
