unfair debit order penalty charges

My issue is not completely resolved they have charged me a banking fee for a debit order that i told them that it was not suppose to be approved even last month i complained about the issue and i thought it was resolved but to my surprise the issue is not resolved i am charged a banking fee of R225. I am failing to understand why it is taking FNB too long to resolve my issue i am being charged unfairly.
