unfair debit order fnb personal loans

FNB took me to their debt collection lawyers after having had financial problems. I am currently doing my best and paying the debt which is up to date but to my surprise Fnb debited my account on the 3rd of March which is an inconvenience since I had already payed the debt collection agency for the month and now there is no money for me to pay my car instalment and will result in more bank charges due to dishonored debit orders. I already have enough financial problems but fnb has just decided to make things worse. I contacted the lawyer and sent him my bank statement and he said he will call me this morning but I never received a call. I tried giving him a call but he was unavailable. I also contacted fnb call center but nobody seemed to wanna help and I was moved from one consultant to the next. I really need my money back. Fnb please refund my money
