UNFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
On Thursday the 31st of May, I arrived at FNB Brooklyn branch at about 17:25 to collect my 2 year old daughter's account. I was assisted by Patricia Mokgothu who issued a card to me with thinking that it is activated and all I have to do is to change the pin at the ATM. I however did not go to the ATM and tried to do it Online, only to find that the old card number appears on the screen and therefore I am unable to change the pin online.
Picked up a phone and try to call the branch only to find that branches do not pick up calls anymore. And now telephone banking tells me that I can only activate the card at the branch. I wasted my petrol and time to be assisted for nothing. I am so disappointed and angry as a result. They did not meet my expectations at all.
Good day Sharon
