Unfair charges on poor customer

The bank is over charging I complained about them charging me R115 for every unpaid debit orders as it was unfair because the service provider which is not paid is going to penalize me so it becomes double they agreed to pay back my money but till today there's no payment when I ask using their email as proof of what they promised they told me to go to the for explanation of the charges nxa
