unfair charges for bouced debit orders
I change my employers and as a result my salary date changed, I contacted fnb to ask them not to run debit orders on the usual dates as there wont be any funds, and they informed me that the debit orders will still run, and I will be charged with R110 for each bounced debit order, I mean what is appoint of calling and making arrangements if they wont be of any help.
This is just a money making scheme and I regret putting so much trust on a bank that does not care about my needs.
