Unfair charge on account

Day light ******* during a pandemic!!! Be very aware of this bank there was a charge on my account for 150 rand on my app for the 25th that fnb has charged for a debit order that is dated for the 26th where as funds were transfered into the account on the 26th for the said debit to go off. As per the agent on the secure chat the debit went off early and I was charged for this!!! I feel during a time that the world is in a pandemic here you get your own bank that robs you!!!! Fnb I request for the funds to be reversed into my account this is very unfair and goes against treating customers fairly!!! Please email me on *** very unhappy customer! Look out at your bank statements people be warned!
