unfair billing

I booked a flight on the 31/07/25 using a virtual card to pay. The payment was made in full, and I was on a credit balance after the payment was made. To my surprise on the 11/08/25, when I went in to my app, I was on a negative balance of R61 and later charged an unpaid fee of R94, which left me on a negative balance of R155. Fnb charged me an additional amount that was not disclosed to me when I booked the flight, and they charged it 11 days after the transaction was made.
