unfair Banking Practise

acc no ***177 I am so much dissapointed with the way i am being harrassed by fnb especially after this worldwide pandemic of covid 19. I got a call from fnb when we were in 4 requesting to know how i am planning to settle my bond arrears and i said immediately we are open for business Iwill make arrangements on how to pay the arrears. My bond amount is R8900 rounding it off so for the passed 3months i have been paying R10 000 to cover for my arrears and then all of a sudden I got sherrifs to deliever summonds that if I dont make arrangements with the bank about my arrears I will be taken to high court and legal actions of auctioning my house for R52000 will be taken.

I got so scared that I am a widow with 2kids as one also passed away that i will be homeless after 14yrs with the bank and I am now left with 6yrs to finish my house. I called the bank and spoke with Emily Rankumishe whom after looking at my request topay R10000 wich R1100will go towards my arrears until we are back to normal with our businesses coz at the present moment we are making arrangements with all our creditors not only fnb andshe came bsack saying no they cant help me they need arrears to be divided into 2 wich is R26000 FOR those 2 months bcoz its a deceased estate and its long over due..

I wrote an e-mail to her explaining who will have R26000 in 2 months after what we went through this year atleast you can see that I am paying R10000 each month and its now already 4monthe and she said she will reffer to a management.

I then got a call from management lady by the name of K.Erasmus who listened to my story and was much adamant Imust pay in 2months and we had a long talk until she then asked me for a income and expenditure and my proof of income and I sent those documents now after a week or so she said they are declining they want still 2payments. HOW do you get R26000 in all that is happening right now as we have just recovered from out businesses and we are not yet out of danger from this pendamic..How does FNB be cold to her clients as Government requested we must make arrangements with our creditors bcoz no one will be evacuated or houses auctioned yet FNB IS still treatning to take me to court and I am paying my bond every 8th of each. Can anyone assist on who can help me to save me and my kids home. Thanx in advance
