UNFAIR BANKING PRACTICE - FNB

As if my first Hello Peter complaint wasnt enough, FNB has still continued to deduct money when the debit order should have been cancelled due to debt review! After my last hello peter complaint, FNB was quick to refund me only 2 months of deductions when they owed me 3, and now they deduct again!!!!! THe debt review company makes payment every month so FNB has no excuse! You try to contact the bank and no-one can assist, the matter just gets "referred" and "escalated" but never RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is unfair and ********* banking practice!!!!!!!!!!! FNB is a money hungry bank and I am sick of it!
