Unfair Bank Charges Fired by an inability to stick to an agreement!

FNB Cant Unable/Refused/********/Undecisive to deduct bank charges on the 8th as I have stipulated. I greed to upgrade my package to R349 if the bank charges would go of not on the 1st but on the 8th, so few months went by were they still deduct it on the 1st, So I phoned to downgrade the packag to R90. Then they immediately deducted the money of my account and placed it before a previous ACCEPTED AND AUTHORIZED card transaction and charged me an additional R155 for "Honoring" My card transaction of R110 I have send a complaint to the relevant email address, I have phoned to resolve this issue. It is a matter of principal.
