Unfair Bank Charges

Good day,

I am extremely unhappy about Bank charges that were charged to my yesterday that I had no idea about and was never informed about. My mother deposit R50k cash into my account and I was charged R1455 for it. I was never told about this, and if I had knkwni would tell her that banks with Absa to deposit the cash and then do a transfer to me. This is the first Cash deposit I do into my account and was not aware about charges when making a deposit. I have banked with Absa for many years and never experienced this.
