UNFAIR AND WORST SERVICE EVER

I am trying very hard to compose myself for the following reasons:

We bought a property for R2.25 Mil, registered the property for R3mil. We wanted to apply for the future use amount that was registered. I am with the Private banking division.

1. We have been declined on 10 June 2020 for the reason that my commission was not considered. My source of income is commission - no basic. 2. I have written a motivation letter asking for both myself and my husband's commission to be considered for the future use loan, after all this is how we bought the property 6 months ago. We haven't asked for any Covid Relief, and our salaries were consistent the last 6 months. Paid every single debit order and a good credit history. 3. The application and motivation was sent through to the Appeals department, which was also approved, and back to the credit apartment. 4. In my original application, both me and my husband's ID's were included, as well as the last 6 months payslips. 5. Today, 13 days later, I received an email to forward 3 months payslips (which has been sent in already with the 1st application), and I quote from the email, "payslips received is up to January 2020 unable to open the documents that are password protected."

so please answer the following:

1. If they didn't have the "password" of the payslips, (which we all know is the ID nr of the client), how did they then do the assessment and decline it? 2. I am most probably going to send through the last 3 months payslips, then they'll see that I'm a commission earner, and ask me to forward the last 6 months payslips AGAIN. 3. it is now almost 2 weeks later, still no feedback, keep on hearing it is a the "credit department'

I have never felt so unfairly treated as with FNB. I am with Standard Bank private banking as well, planning to move everything there, Only moved to FNB because my husband also has an account with you guys, and we were also promised Ebuck for, which we never received in any case

CONCLUSION

They are basically admitting that they never did the application
