Unfair and unsatisfactory treatment

Claim number: ********** .

*I was hijacked on 18/3/2018. Lodged in a claim on Monday morning on 19/3/2018. Requested car hire as I needed a car to move around and to get to work and also to obatin all required from my side. *I was then redirected to Hollard as they are my insurers. I was required to send all details to process the claim. Did all that and sent through everything the following day. I was advised that and investigator will be in contact with me f which that never happened until 2 weeks later in the claim. He requested information I had already sent and also info that was irrelevant to the claim. *That was also after I had to make a follow up on the claim with Hollard. FNB Brokers didn't even bother to keep me updated, Which makes me wonder why are the my brokers if I'm not taken care of. *Fast forward, the investigator called me last week advising me that they will be processing the claim and having it finalised on Friday (after I have made a follow up). Advise the insurer that there is an issue with the car hire and also that the claim has taken so long and nothing is clear why. The consultant the advised yesterday 9/4/2018 that they are waiting for the sales call from FNB Broker. Shocked for days to know that they are still waiting for a sales call after 21 days within the claim. The frustration, stress and dissatisfaction is building enormously as nothing has been done. Clearly the duration of repairs on the car is not considered as the claim itself is not finalised. Nothing has been communicated to me again today. Follow up was made and again no Feedback. *Car hire company called to advise me that the car hire should me returned. That again is an addition to my stress. *No fairness and no satisfaction with how the claim has been handled. Car should be extended due to the inconvenience caused.
