Unfair and ridiculous monthly charges!

I’m having a hard time being an fnb client. FNB has the worst unpaid fees charges and of late have suffered great financial strain due to the occasional ongoing unpaid fees I get charged, so some instances things I have no idea of. Just last week Friday I was charged R517 combined, I have absolutely no understanding of this, this after being charged an additional x2 R115 which worked out R1200 when I include my almost R1000 monthly fees. I am beyond livid and aggrieved after being a loyal client for almost 15 years, I have found myself even more strained due to their inconsistencies. I have sent them request for refunds and have heard nothing from their private clients department until now
