Unfair and dishonest

In Feb 2019 FNB offered me a temp loan, which was to be settled end of march and it was. Now 7 months later that loan stil reflecting on credit profile and doing serious damage on my credit score. Ive call them 20millions time even requesting a paid up letter to no avail its still reflecting that i owe fnb R900. I even stopped banking with, its like having a backstabbing friend that claims to hav ur best interest at hear but as soon as u turn ur back tgey starting doin you wrong. A fruend of mine told me she took out a loan in 2005 she paid it up in 2010 fast forward 2019 its stil reflecting as outstanding nd obviously fnb not available to send her a paid up letter or send tge request to update her itc profile. Fnb is messed up.
