UNEXPLAINED CHARGES ON ACCOUNTS.

I'm a bit ****ed off as they are charging my mom for a non payment for an item purchased on the 18th July 2018, yet her FNB account is only used for her Sanlam pension to come into it , then on the 1st or 2nd Sizwe Medical Aid and Moriting deduct their amounts and then there's no use of the account till the following month. So what purchase was done on the 18th July 2018? Where was it done? I need proof for the R120 you're charging a pensioner on her already not enough pension money.

Slowly I'm getting sick of FNB, they do it to me with my bond deductions. Where they'll deduct before the due date and do a NEDO PAYMENT, please note it does affect my record. I can't wait to finish paying off my bond and we really part ways.
