unexplainable negative balance reflecting on my account everytime I send/recieve money

Everytime I receive money from a recipient or send money, my balance always lands on a negative balance. Now just yesterday I sent money to my luno account, around R695 and as soon as I sent the money my balance was on negative -R695.. Now they sent me R200 as soon as it gets in my acc is gonna reflect negative -R465 ...what's up with this .... fix this issue .... I can't send money to my account nd everytime I send it to some1 or withdraw I get left with a substantial negative balance... I hope you swiftly handle this matter.
