Unexplainable failed purchase fee
Pls explain what's the 341 failed purchase fee is for as I haven't made any purchases with my account in months. I really don't know what is happening to FNB it's like banking with ****mers.

Making money out of the poor, service has been deteriorating for years now. I ddnt consent for the debit orders to be paid if there's no money charge the failed debit order fee don't "pay" n charge me extra fee
