Unexplainable deductions

I have been with FNB for the past two years now. I started getting deductions in my account from the start. After numerous times of going to the bank and writing reviews it seemed to ease up for a while. The last two months we are at it again. With no help. I have tried to reverse the transactions and nobody from FNB gets back to a person. Now I need to wait 5-7 working days but they dont seem to care when they are deducting money. Dont go with FNB. Worst service ever
