Unexplainable debits
FNB has unexplained debits of my account. Their references for the debits are "ITEM PAID ITEMS NO 1 & 2. One for R220.00 and another one for R110.00. Why am I being debited for things I have no knowledge of? Why is FNB taking my money and cannot account for it, can’t even explain the debits. Can I please have my R330.00 back please FNB. Its firstly monthly account fees that go off more than once a month now this. Are you guys making money by ******** people? This is bad customer service and unacceptable.
