Unexpained funding on Foreign Received Transfer

<p>The payment was made on the 09.10.2016 to be reflected on the 11.10.2016. Amount was R2562.00 Converted by 1 AUD/9.9816 ZAR. Amount received was R2026.49 instead of R2562.00 the R535.51 is outstanding and cannot be explained to the customer. The cusomer has been toFNB Meyersdal Branch on numerous occcasion and to date unresolved with no explantation for this difference</p>
