********* Staff Behavior

I had very bad experience at the festival mall Fnb Branch yesterday,i went to open a bank account by a lady name Asezile Figlan,firstly she was forcing me to give her 3 months bank statement whereas it's just needed for proof of address, she didn't want to use the one i made which was date ranged, secondly she makes me leave her desk without ecen activating my app 3rdly i get to my work place than receive a sms of a sim card that was activated on my account which I knew nothing about and she didn't even give me the physical sim card, which is very ********* behaviour for a banker...Than i get a call from a very rude lady asking me why i canceled my sim which i had bo clue about. If this is how FNB does thing's than i clearly don't want to be part of y'all anymore.
