Today i went into a branch at Denlyn shopping center in Mamelodi, because i got ****** a cell phone, credit and cheque cards and my banking profile was blocked. While the sales consultant was helping to reset my passwords and issue a cheque card and order a credit card he then opened a savings account for me.

I did not ask for a savings account, he did not even ask for my consent or permission. I mean if i wanted one i would have taken it on offers in my banking app, the reason i did not take it till today is because i don't want it.

Guys you need to tell your sales consultant not to be ********* just to reach their daily sales targets. The worse part he even made a R2 transfer into that savings account with my instruction.

I have decided to take up the matter with FSCA and banking Ombudsman. And the name of that consultant is Ledwaba.
