How does a customer of 30 years be treated like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do you even claim to be a customer service orientated bank.

How can you change rules with regards to revolving credit loan. Show me in terms of the FAIS where your action is correct. Show me where I have been informed. Show me where you communicated that you will act as you did. My personal banker number on your App says incorrect numbers and the 2nd number leaves a voicemail. Your call centre agent cant explain your own actions and then commits to return with a reply and still waiting.

BIG BANK who thinks they can treat a customer like they want with NO consequence.
