<p>I app**** for a student loan for my daughter at FNB Paarl Main Road. Completed the proses, the same day FNB mailed me a Quotation/contract stating that the interest rate will be 13.50 %. Need the money so, I signed the Quotation/contract mailed and faxed it back to them. The next day FNB mailed me a second Quotation/contract, but this time the interest rate is 15.50%. I went back the FNB branch showed the consultant both Quotation/ contracts. He looked on the computer and sowed me that 13.50% was captured on the system. The 3de day a consultant contacted me with reference to signing the Quotation/contract. I told the person I already signed the Quotation/contract with 13.50%. The person told me to hold on, what I did, after a few minutes the lady came back to me. She told me the Quotation/contract with 13.50% was a mistake and the 15.50% interest contract is the correct one. Not acceptable, they FNB mailed me a binding Quotation/contract stating that the interest rate will be 13.50%, their requirement’s, stipulations and their calculations on my profile not my mistake. If you sent out a Quotation/contract that negatively impacts you, it’s your fault own up to it. Not oops we made a mistake, money is involved. I feel that FNB is ********* by not adhering to their Quotation/contract. Sorry closing my account at FNB.</p>
