********* collection methods that break the TCF policy

So last year i had a problem with Blake and Associates regarding a smart device account i had with FNB. Blake gave me a settlement amount for that particular account that i paid and settled last year in August or so. I registered a complaint with FNB(Ref: ********** ) on HP and it was addressed and they finally closed the account. I did not request for a settlement but it was offered to me by Blake on behalf of FNB. This matter was sorted last year and today i receive a call from Hammond Pole Attorneys telling me that i owe the R1400+ that was given to me as a discount when i settled the account. I personally bank with FNB and i have realized recently that they rob their customers if they dont monitor their accounts. This simply means that they sell their debt to the various collectors in a hope to cheat out their clients. I dont have an issue to pay the the remaining balance but i feel that you treat customer's unfairly. Im busy paying off my overdraft and once its sorted i will cancel the account that i have with your company. FNB be transparent in the manner you run your business.
