********* changing of my settings

You guys are messing me around again.

I remember previously having an issue like this but now you’ve done it again.

I use my credit card at an ATM to withdraw cash from my cheque account. This is normal because I have that option normally.

But yesterday I didn’t have that option (I’m assuming because you didn’t bother to adjust my settings after I got my new card) and now you’ve made me withdraw money from my credit card, charged me fees and will likely try to charge me interest.

Look at my history of ATM withdrawals and your logic…

I ALWAYS WITHDRAW FROM MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT. AND WHY ON EARTH WOULD I BE SO DUMB AS TO WITHDRAW FROM MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I HAVE MONEY IN MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT. TO PROVE IT I’VE JUST MADE THE TRANSFER OF THE 1000 RAND INTO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IS VERY *********.

I want an apology for changing my settings without my permission, and I also want a reversal of the fees that you think I owe as well as a reversal of any interest that you will try to ****** from me.

If not then I will not hesitate to write to the Ombud for banking as well as the banking association of South Africa.
