********* business practice

In September 2016 I app**** for a personal loan from FNB which approved and paid into my bank account. In January 2017 I received a call from FNB customer service advising me about an option they normally have for their clients call payment holiday in January. The option they offered was to skip payment in January to ease my financial burden and continue pay in February. From April I realized there were extra debits from my account towards my personal loan account. On the 9th May 2017 I received a call from customer service and spoke Siphokazi Fose who claimed to be from fnb and she wanted me to make arrangements to settle my areas. I told her there is no way I'm in areas because my account is up to date, she then pointed out I missed my payment in January. I told her fnb can't offer me a payment option and not disclose to me the terms and condition of the payment option and later come and tell me I'm in areas. On the 30th August 2017 I went to Westgate fnb branch concerned about debits that are continually occurring in my account without my concern or approval. The gentleman who assisted me at the branch confirmed that indeed debits that were made went towards the areas in my personal loan account and then asked him to give me the settlement amount, he call personal loan department and they said they'll email it to my personal email. To my amu*****t the settlement letter was from attorneys, my account has been handed over to attorneys and I went to my branch and demanded to speak to the branch manager Ms Tebello Pitso at Jabulani fnb, I told her the whole story and she wrote an email to personal loan department and promised to get back to me before the end of business day and to date nothing has happened.
