FNB decided to change my overdraft account to a personal loan account, without my consent or the consent of the debt review company. Payments were made to the overdraft which does not reflect on the personal loan account. Everytime I ask fir a settlement amount it increases. This is very *********. I need to correct settlement amount reflecting ALL PAYMENTS done for payment TODAY please
