********* behaviour conflict of interest with my own bank

In the past 3 months i have had 2 unauthorized debit orders with companies i have never heard of or ever spoken to or signed anything. The funny part is the bank is supposed to be my agent and follow my instructions but instead I have to find debits every month reverse them, if i can, and then get charged for the reversal which is such a conflict of interest ... I think fnb lets this happen to change me for reversal. Funny they make it my problem saying check your statement every month how about doing your job? Now what does a person have do when he cannot trust where he keeps the little money he has? This all happens after the banking law amendments. When a person thinks about moving banks he has to think that the whole family has to move.

Funny part is i just had to reverse another unauthorized debit order today. This random company sends me an sms saying i must cancel debit order that i never asked for i didnt reply cause thats admission to an agreement that never happened. Today parking my car the debit order goes through. I mean like, how does Fnb let someone into my pocket and make it my job to get my money back. I have 1 debit order, ADT i signed and everything like 4 yrs ago. When i want another i dont need to make it snappy im fine even if i have to sign a form. I havent read the amendment and its hearsay but a absa employee friend told me they send sms or correspondences to account holders first before granting a debit order as required my law not sure with probably Fica amendment. But fnb is like Zuma... They can laugh the law away and daring us to do something. I swear i would have moved if my mom didnt use fnb. Like im trying to save and opened a savings account yesterday in second via mobile banking but i wouldnt mind goin and waiting in line by the bank if consequences of convenience include ***** several times a year. They try until they succeeded fnb does nothing to stop them. What if my phone was broken and i didnt see. Complaining to you people is useless cause at the end of the day the money you charge for the reversal pays salaries cause R5 or even 50cent from 1 million people is alot. High 5 to the guy who thought about this day time ******* scheme its perfect i hope i could be such a visionary.
