********* behavior of banks

Very disgusted with ********* behavior! I bank with FNB (private banking too). I erroneously paid R10 000 from my account into a Std Bank closed account. I then asked for this to be returned to my account. This was in Dec. 8 months later and still waiting. The best that these 2 banks can do is point figures at each other. And if I don't follow up they ignore it. I still don't have my money, and someone else is earning interest on it. Very disappointed!
