I took out my funeral policy in 2019. Due to salary difficulties it has lapsed, I then reinstated my policy. Double deductions were made, as a commission earner some months would be difficult. Now double deductions were made. The policy lapsed I reinstated. The policy has lapsed again, end of October premiums were not collected only on the 2nd of November They attempted to collect. Of which on that date it was not the agreed date. I have a confirmation on my bank statement.

I have requested they reinstate they are refusing as it lapsed 3 times. Nowhere on their policy schedule does it state how many times it can or cannot be reinstated. Taking out a new policy would mean new waiting periods that I cannot afford to have looking at how things are . On the 25th November they responded stating the deduction will go through..please refere to the emails below. Deductions were still not made.

I sent an email to check why now they are saying it has lapsed.
