An *********** ********* institution. They decline perfectly legitimate transactions made on a website such as IStore and approved through the App but then allow a ********** transaction to an international company unfortunately also inadvertently approved on the App. They decline these perfectly legitimate transactions with absolutely no explanation as I have huge fund available. They constantly ignore the question as to why they keep declining payments to obviously legitimate businesses such as Apple but then process the charge from a bogus company in France without question.

I suppose I should not be surprised that they refuse to reverse this ********** payment given they’re probably part of the **** in the first place. Just look how the aided and abetted the Gupta brothers to rob this country blind.

Unfortunately I will have to go through the inconvenience of closing my accounts and moving to a more ethical bank. Actually have an RMB Private Bank account and the service is laughable and provides zero benefit whatsoever- not a single request can be delivered without going to the normal standard FNB channels.

Probably one of the most ********* banks in this country along with a few of the other big ones And should be avoided at all costs…
